How to edit project info

After adding your project, the system will redirect you to the Project Info menu. Here, you can preview your project data, onboard your project team, and assign project access to users. If added during project creation, you can input additional data on the project partners and project instalments.

Edit project general data

To edit the general project information, click the pencil icon in the upper section of Project Info.

A pop-up window will open where you can make your changes. Click Save to apply them.

How to select/add/edit a programme and programme call

The programme and the call are initially selected when adding a new project.

When adding a new project, to select a programme, click on the drop-down menu (Choose) and choose from the existing options. 

If the programme is not found or you haven’t added any programme yet, click on the “+” button, write the programme name, and then click on “Save changes.” 

When the project is created, in the Project Info you can change the programme and the call, or edit their title, in case you have made typo or selection mistake during project creation.

To change the name of the programme that has been added, select the programme, click on the edit icon, change the name, and then click on “Save changes.”

Repeat the same process to select or add a new Programme Call.

You can modify or remove all project data in the Project Info section by clicking on the pencil or trash bin icon.
