Matchmaking is a useful feature in OnProject that helps you find the most suitable organisations to partner with or involve as applicants in your project proposal.

To use this feature, go to the left main menu and click Matchmaking.

In the Partners Matchmaking section, you can see an overview of:

• Created Requests – partnership requests you have created.
• Received Requests – requests received from other organisations.
• Sent Requests – requests you have found interesting and responded to by sending a message to the requesting organisation.

To create a partnership request, click the green Create Request button.

A form will open where you need to provide information about your project proposal. You will also need to specify:

• Whether you are looking for a Partner or Applicant.
• The country you are looking for an organisation from.
• Other relevant information required to ensure accurate matching with suitable organisations.

Once you submit the request, OnProject automatically sends it to all organisations registered in the system that meet the specified criteria.

When an organisation is interested in your partnership request, they can send you a message.

You can read received messages by clicking Messages below the relevant request title.
