User Management & Features

Users are the core members of your organisation, specifically your organisation staff.

To add an individual as a user of your organisation, they must use the organisation’s official email or a private email used only for your organisation’s projects.
If the project member you want to add uses a private email for collaboration with multiple organisations, please add them through the Project Permission section in Project Info, not through the Users menu.

How to add a new user

Access the Users menu either from the left side menus or by clicking on the user icon in the upper right corner.

In the Users menu, click on +Add User. Enter the user’s name and email address*. Make sure you use a strong password.

You can choose to provide access to one or more menus at the organisation level.
Fill in the other user data and click Save.
Now you can share the project with the user through the Project Permission section in Project Info

*The email address should match with your organization official domain. You can register with a private email address only if it is used solely for your organization’s projects.

Preview user related data

In the Users menu, you can add and edit users, as well as view detailed user information at both the project and organisational levels. To do this, click on “View Profile” under the user’s name. This will take you to the user’s profile, where you will find several tabs: User Data, Projects, Activities, Tasks, Payments, and Contracts.

For example, in the Projects tab, you can see a list of all the projects the user has participated in, both active and closed. In the Payments tab, you will find all payments made for the projects the user has been involved with. The Contracts tab provides a list of all contracts signed by the user.

This information is available at the organisational level.

How to edit/deactivate a user

To edit user data, go to the Users menu and click on View Profile under the user’s name. Then click on Edit, make the necessary changes, and click Save Changes.
To deactivate a user, click on View Profile under the user’s name and select the option from the Status dropdown menu. Click Save Changes.
